Eligibility

At Genaxx Public School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and become responsible global citizens. Admission is open to all children, subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Criteria

• Nursery / Pre-Primary: The child should be [3+] years as of [cut-off date, e.g., 31st March of the academic year].
• Kindergarten (KG): The child should be [4+] years.
• Grade 1 and above: Admission will be based on the successful completion of the previous grade from a recognized school.

2. Documents Required

• Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Authority)
• Recent passport-size photographs of the student and parents
• Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Utility Bill / Rent Agreement)
• Transfer Certificate and Report Card (for Grade 1 and above)
• Medical Fitness Certificate

3. Admission Assessment

• For Nursery to Grade 1, interaction with the child and parents will be conducted.
• For Grade 2 and above, students may be required to take a short written assessment to evaluate their academic readiness.

4. General Guidelines

• Admission is granted strictly on the basis of merit and seat availability.
• The school reserves the right to cancel admission if any document or information provided is found to be incorrect.
• Special consideration is given to siblings of existing students and children of alumni.
